Tamar’s Tapestry is a faith-based nonprofit organization that works to rescue and restore victims of human trafficking. Tamar’s Tapestry advocates for women who are exploited in the U.S. commercial sex trade.
Strategically located in the Rio Grande Valley of deep South Texas, on the Mexican border, Tamar’s Tapestry works to interrupt the flow of victims, and rescue them before they are sold into the U.S. commercial sex trafficking industry.
We work to free local women, and those being smuggled over our border, who are enticed and entrapped by those who will use and harm them. We provide care to these victims in a nurturing, safe, Christian, environment. Through Tamar’s Tapestry, victims receive the physical, spiritual, and mental resources they desperately need.
